- Please be aware that the above indicated registration fee will be converted to New Taiwan Dollars currency using a fixed exchange rate of 1 USD = 31 NTD in the registration system.
- The registration fee differs for international and local attendees due to government subsidies provided for local delegates.

Photo Release Policy
Registration implies agreement with Congress photo/video release policy which allows the Congress photographer, videographer and invited media contacts to photograph or videotape participants at the meeting and publish the footage in future print and electronic promotional and archival materials related to the meeting.
Methods of payment
Payments should be made by credit card in the registration system.

Official Invitation
That the official invitation letter will be available to download via the registration system after the registration is made.
Cancellation & Refund
All scientific registrants, including those presenting a free paper and poster, must register as full participant and pay the relevant registration fees. Registration will not be confirmed until the committee has received the respective registration fee. To register, please fill in the online registration form.
- All cancellations of registration must be done in writing and submitted to the Congress Secretariat by email at secretariat@aoce2026.org. Cancellation of registration received on or before January 31st, 2026: 100% refund (deduct an administration fee of less a US$ 50). Cancellation of registration received after January 31st, 2026, will not be accepted. Refund for cancellations will be made within three months after the Congress.
- Paid registration fee is not refundable after the stipulated date for whatever reasons including failure of obtaining VISA.
- The registration is NOT transferable under any circumstances.
