Method

All the abstract submissions must be completed via official online systembefore the deadline. Please first create your own account to proceed with the submission. Before the deadline, any abstract can be saved as draft and be edited within the system before the submission. After the deadline if not submitted, drafts will be deleted.

Rules & Regulations

Before submitting any abstract, you are requested to read the rules and regulations.

Abstract(s) may NOT have been published previously at the time of presentation of the congress.
All submitted abstracts must be original. Any abstract violating copyright laws and/or including plagiarized content will be rejected.
The copyright of the abstract(s) is assigned to Asia Oceania Congress of Endocrinology (AOCE) and The Endocrine Society of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Any conflict with any other scientific association will be the sole responsibility of the author(s)
All abstracts that are published, including figures and tables, are the property of Asia Oceania Congress of Endocrinology (AOCE) and The Endocrine Society of the Republic of China (Taiwan), and are protected by copyright.
The author(s) grants the permission to reproduce his/her image (including photos) to create documentation to be published on the internet (including streaming) and to make the audio/video recording (synchro recording system), and photographs of the presentation to produce educational materials. The presentation will be reproduced in full compliance with its contents both in terms of scientific results and information, associated with the image and the data of the undersigned.
The AOCE 2026 Scientific Committee reserves the right to amend the rules and regulations.

Abstract Guidelines

All abstract(s) MUST be submitted in ENGLISH, including the title, text body and author’s affiliations.
Only abstract submitted via the congress system will be considered.
Authorship: Each quoted author should have contributed substantially to represented work in terms of conceptual design or analysis writing of article and final approval of the article in order to take public responsibility for the content.
Format:
- Oral presentation
- Poster with Oral Summary
- Poster presentation
Please do not submit multiple copies of the same abstract, neither in different categories nor presentation format.
Size: The size of each abstract shall NOT be more than 400 words (including body of abstract and spaces).
Figures: Upload of pictures/graphics is only possible as jpg file and each picture/graphic maximum size 2MB. Upload of the maximum of ONE picture/graphic is allowed for each submitted abstract. A collage of multiple pictures is NOT allowed, because of readability.
Authors: Type full family name and first name of all authors, only omitting any title, degrees, and institutional affiliations. Each abstract is permitted with 10 co-authors, including a maximum of 1 presenting author.
Affiliation: Type the name of the institution, department, city and country in English.
Body of the abstract: please format each abstract using the following structure:
- Background and aims
- Methods
- Results
- Conclusions
Use only standard abbreviations. Place special or unusual abbreviations in parentheses after the full word the first time it appears.
Use generic names of drugs. The presentation must be balanced and contain no commercial promotional content.
To preserve the peer review process, submissions may not contain patient names, hospital ID numbers or other identifying information in the body of your abstract.
Editing: Abstract bodies will be published as submitted. After submission deadline, there is no possibility to edit the abstract anymore.
Withdraw Abstract(s): If you want to withdraw the abstract, please send an e-mail before September 15th, 2025 to secretariat@aoce2026.org.

Author Rules

Each presenting author may submit up to THREE abstracts. Only abstracts of presenting authors who have paid their registration fees by the Abstract Author Registration Deadline Tuesday, November 18, 2025, will be scheduled for presentation and included for publication of the 19th Asia Oceania Congress of Endocrinology (AOCE 2026).
If no presentation is delivered during the oral or poster sessions, the abstract will be withdrawn.
